Buyback & Burn
Every $FLOOR spent on the Floor - recruiting Operators, upgrading Desks - is 75% burned, 20% to the treasury, and 5% to the desk that recruited you. Supply is hard-capped at 17,920,000 $FLOOR, minted only through PnL emissions on a fixed 30-day halving schedule (17,024,000 FLOOR pool) that nobody - not even the house - can change.
